BOARD ANNOUNCES SPECIAL MEETING FOR BUDGET REVIEW
The first draft of the Community and the Townhome budget has been prepared and is under full review by the HOA Board of Directors at a Special Meeting called today, September 1, 2024. The meeting to review the First Draft is scheduled for September 12, 2024. The meeting will use Zoom, and all non-board members will be on mute as this is strictly a Board Officer workshop.
The community is invited as this is a public session. Even though you will be on mute, there will be a Moderator (a member of the Board), who will monitor that Chat window for questions and or comments to be shared with the Board while they finalize the DRAFT budget for 2025. Only comments or questions that are polite, professional, and on point will be allowed.
This meeting will not discuss any other business; it is strictly for reviewing the Budget First Draft.
- This Special Meeting is a working session for the Board of Directors to Review the First Draft and make final adjustments.
- This is the only business that will be discussed at this Special Meeting.
- You are invited, but all non-board members will always be on mute.
- A meeting Moderator will monitor the Zoom meeting’s chat window for useful, polite, and professional comments or questions posted there. As appropriate, the Moderator will alert the Board.
- Our Moderator shall be one of the Board Members to be introduced at the start of the meeting.
- It is expected that all five members will be present.
- If the Board approves, the budget will move to the September regular HOA Board meeting for final approval.
- Once approved, there will be an open Review Meeting for all homeowners to attend and ask questions. Copies of the approved budget will be provided.
