For the Year 2024, the monthly Townhome Assessment will now be $140 with a one-time annual assessment of $150 and the Community Annual Assessment of $393.56 .

At last night’s HOA Board Meeting (December 4, 2023), a representative from All Play, Inc. presented their recommendations for all four parks as well as the budget.  The Board has also received a comprehensive budget and plan from Pro Playgrounds.
