In accordance with Article III, (B), Sections 8 and 9 of the By-Laws of the Association, notice is hereby given of a forthcoming Board of Directors meeting. The meeting will be held as follows:

NOTE: We have suspended in-person meetings until further notice. To keep everyone safe, and our meeting under control, we will not be meeting at the WCID until further notice (they have closed the building due to an air conditioning issue).

2. When speaking, you are limited to 3 minutes.

Homeowners are encouraged to attend. Due to the nature of the meeting, the board will not be taking homeowner questions during the transaction of board business.
