Our community annual meeting is to be held both in person and via Zoom; the purpose is to complete the election of the Board of Directors.

We are welcoming you back to the board, Sean Gibson. We are adding and welcoming a new board member, Maryann Bethelemy (she had served on the board in previous years past). Each is elected to serve a three year term as a member of the HOA Board of Directors

Our next HOA Meeting will be held via Zoom on February 10, 2025, at 6:00 PM- be on the lookout for a mass email with all the details. Please note that this is a special meeting for the members of the Board of Directors to elect the officers of the Board (President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary). This special meeting is ONLY for this purpose; no other business will be discussed or entertained.
Our first full regular HOA Member Meeting is Monday, February 24 with an Executive (Private) Meeting at 6 and the Community Meeting at 7.
