Home Owners Association (HOA) is an organization of homeowners of a particular subdivision, condominium or planned unit development. The purpose of a home owners association is to provide a common basis for preserving, maintaining, and enhancing their homes and property.

Per Article III, Section 18:

“The Board of Directors shall be responsible for the affairs of the Association and shall have all the powers and duties necessary for the administration of the Association’s affairs and, as provided by law, may do all acts and things as are not by the Declaration, Articles, or these By-Laws directed to be done and exercised exclusively by the members.  In addition to the duties imposed by these By-Laws or by any resolution of the Association that may hereafter be adopted, the Board of Directors shall have the power to and be responsible for the following, in way of explanation, but not limitation:… ”

The Board of Directors consists of 5 residents that, per Article III, Section 13, must volunteer their time to handle the business of association.
The board will be electing the officers for the 2024 year, at our next meeting on February 5, 2024:
