Brunswick Meadows Home Owners Association, Inc.

In 2015, the residents of our community took over ownership of our Home Owners Association (HOA). The HOA is responsible for maintaining the shared community responsibilities and amenities.

Each year 1-2 board members are elected to serve 3 year terms. The board invites you to serve your community as a board member of the HOA.

Board of Directors Responsibilities

Serve your community
Be an advocate for the residents
Review and approve the budget on a monthly and annual basis
Attend the regularly scheduled monthly board meetings. Each meeting typically last between 1-2 hours.
Have access to Email and be able to respond to emails within 24-48 hours
Have access to a phone line and attend conference calls when necessary
Approve requests for services from vendors
Handle private resident matters

Want to serve, but too busy to commit as a Board Member?

There are many things going on in our community and we help your help. The board is currently looking to establishing the following committees:

Section Leaders - We need 15 people, 1 from each section to volunteer for the role of section leader. Residents would reach out to their section leader for any issues or complaints. Leaders would help ensure issues in their section are brought to the board. Each board member would be responsible for 3 sections.
Beautification Committee - We need 4-10 residents to help with keeping our community beautiful. They would be responsible for issues with the parks, seasonal color, and any community upgrades needed to make our community look nicer. We can setup a Best Yard award, and they would be responsible for voting.
Residential Counsels - Residents that have a background in legal, accounting, landscaping, etc, can be available to provide counsel to the board when we have to deal with such issues. These residents can provide feedback and counsel, without all the necessary hours that board members are expected to contribute
